At Room 7 Boutique we want you to love your item(s), however, we understand there may be times that you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase and we will be happy to offer an exchange, credit note or refund as detailed below.

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our In-store Returns Policy: In addition to your legal rights, if you are not completely satisfied with your in-store purchase, and simply change your mind, just return the item(s) to us in their original condition, with the original receipt, within 7 days of purchase. We will not accept any goods that have been damaged, soiled or marked by smoke, deodorant, perfume, tan, makeup, etc. All item(s) must be returned in their original wrapping/packaging, with all tags still attached. We will not accept items which have been washed, or worn and washed.

We will offer an exchange, or credit note, where the above conditions have been fully met. A refund will only be offered at our discretion. We regret that any item(s) purchased as a sale item are non-returnable.

The above do not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Items
All item(s) at Room 7 Boutique are carefully examined before selling, or shipment, however, if you feel you have received a faulty item please contact us via email at info@room7boutique.com or (0044) 02871414545 within 7 days of purchase. If your item(s) are faulty, we will offer you a full refund or replacement (depending on stock availability).

Cancelling and Returning Your Online Order
In addition to our good will Returns Policy, detailed above, when you purchase an order online you have a statutory right to cancel your order at any time, up 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods, without any reason, under the Customer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You must inform Room 7 Boutique via e-mail (info@room7boutique.com) or telephone (0044) 028 71414545, within 3 days, clearly stating your order number, product and reason for return. For orders that are “Awaiting Dispatch”, it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If however, your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us as indicated in the returns section.

After notifying us of your intent to cancel you have a further 14 calendar days to return the item(s) to us for a full refund.

On the returns sheet supplied with your order, please state clearly the reason for return/exchange, your name, order number and contact details.
In the interests of hygiene, we will not accept any goods that have been damaged, soiled or marked by smoke, deodorant, perfume, tan, makeup, etc. All item(s) must be returned in their original wrapping/packaging, with all tags still attached.
Room 7 Boutique will not accept items which have been washed, or worn and washed.
All goods will be inspected prior to shipping and again upon return and refunds/exchanges will only be accepted at the discretion of Room 7 Boutique.
Due to hygiene reasons, jewellry cannot be refunded or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Room 7 Boutique has the right to refuse refund/exchange if item(s) are deemed as being not re-saleable. Refund/exchange is subject to Room 7 Boutique discretion.
The item(s) are your responsibility until they reach Room 7 Boutique. Room 7 Boutique do not accept any liability for returned item(s) that may be lost or damaged in the post, therefore, for your own protection, ensure all item(s) are fully secured and we recommend you return your item(s) via post, using a reliable delivery/postal service which offer insurance/tracking/scanning services.

We are unable to provide a refund of the delivery charges when you are only cancelling part of your order.

For returns from within the EU, we will refund you standard delivery costs if the full order is returned.

For any returns from outside of the EU, a refund will not be provided for the delivery costs unless the item(s) are faulty.

Once your item(s) have been received in store, Room 7 Boutique will contact you via email, telephone or Facebook message.

Within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of postage (whichever is earliest) we shall refund the amount for the item(s), including a refund the value of our standard delivery charge, if you are returning your full order, or the item(s) are faulty, without undue delay. Refunds will be made to the same payment method you used to make the order. Room 7 Boutique does not accept liability for the length of time your bank may take to process your refund(s).

Please note: The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. a right to return items which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
